Effective date: July 22, 2026
These terms cover your use of the Tree Sons Tree Service website and how estimates and tree work are handled. By using this site or sending us a request, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, call us at (508) 216-0354 — we'd rather explain it than have you guess.
Requesting an estimate
- Estimates are free and no-obligation.
- When you submit the estimate form, you confirm the information is accurate and that you own the property (or have the owner's permission to request work on it).
- You agree that we may save the contact details, job information, and photos you send — and use software tools (including AI-assisted software) to help us prepare your estimate for our review. See our Privacy Policy for exactly how your information is handled.
- You agree that we may contact you about your request by phone, email, and — once you've opted in — text message.
Estimates & pricing
- A written estimate is valid for 60 days from its date, unless it says otherwise.
- Estimates are based on the photos and information provided plus what we can see; conditions we couldn't see (for example, buried utilities, septic systems, or access problems) may change the price. We'll always tell you before doing work at a different price than quoted.
- Unless your estimate says otherwise, all wood and debris are removed and stump grinding is quoted separately.
Deposits
Jobs of $400 or more at private residences require a $200 non-refundable deposit before work begins. The deposit is applied to your total. Jobs under $400, and commercial or municipal work, don't require a deposit unless your estimate says so.
Scheduling & weather
Tree work is weather-dependent and safety comes first. Scheduled dates may need to move because of weather, ground conditions, or emergencies — we'll let you know and rebook you promptly.
Property & liability
We take every reasonable precaution on your property, and problems do not commonly arise. However, heavy equipment and falling wood are part of tree work: by accepting an estimate, you agree that Tree Sons is not responsible for cosmetic damage to lawns, walkways, or driveways resulting from normal, careful performance of the work. Anything you're worried about — tell us before the job and we'll plan around it.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete, per your invoice. Unpaid invoices may pause future scheduled work until settled.
Photos of the work
Our crew takes photos while performing the job to document the work. We won't use photos of your property in our marketing or social media without asking you first.
Using this website
- The content on this site (text, photos, guides) belongs to Tree Sons Tree Service and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
- Don't misuse the site — no attempts to break, overload, or scrape it, and no submitting false requests.
- Our tree-care guides are general information for homeowners, not professional advice for your specific situation — when in doubt, have us look at the tree.
